I recently visited Dr Bonny’s Clinic for my first lip filler and had my treatment by Nurse Emma. She was amazing – really listened to what I wanted, made me feel completely at ease, and the whole experience was so relaxing. I loved the results so much so I went back again, this time seeing Dr Bonny. She was equally incredible – professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was in with injector Holly yesterday to assess my under eye with the hope that she could help reduce my tired eyes. Holly was very informative, realistic and honest about what I could expect from filler which I really appreciated. I have quite naturally tired looking eyes, and holly was totally honest and told me that with filler it wouldn't totally eradicate my issue and to expect around a 50% improvement with slight filler involved. At this point she gave me the option to obviously not proceed if I wasn't happy with that outcome. (This was very honourable because I felt any injector could have easily proceeded, despite knowing it mightnt have lived up to my desired outcome but still getting a sale at the end of the day). At Dr Bonny, the girls aren't trying to grab your money and run. They are genuine. All that aside, I felt a 50% improvement was better than no improvement so I decided to proceed. Holly was very patient and informative throughout the entire procedure, frequently checking in to make sure I was okay. The results are actually better than I was expecting after our consultation so I was blown away with how natural the filler is while making me appear more awake and less dark under the eye. Yes I still have some slight creasing under the eye but this was explained to me fully beforehand and it is just how my face is. (But it's nowhere near as noticeable as it was. And for my age I wasn't expecting a miracle!! Lol). Holly did a wonderful job concealing what she could with filler and I will definitely maintain this in a years time as I feel so much better with it. Now my eyes look more normal and awake. I am very happy with the service, especially for under eye filler which can be a tricky area to treat. This is why I decided to go with the girls at Dr Bonny as I knew they would do what's best for me. Thank you holly, I hope you see you again soon!! xxx
